
Kellie Ellis is a speech-language pathologist practicing in the public schools in Southeastern Kentucky. She has earned a Master of Arts degree in Communicative Sciences and Disorders from the University of Cincinnati and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Rehabilitation Sciences at the University of Kentucky. Kellie works primarily in early childhood education settings where she provides intervention services for preschool-aged children with communication disorders. Her research interests include early language and literacy development, evidence-based practice in early literacy instruction, and phonological development and disorders. Kellie is currently serving as the Chair of the Kentucky Board of Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology.
