Che-Mai Gray is a sixth-grade literacy teacher at Marysville Middle School in Marysville, Washington. She has been teaching since 2000 and has a bachelor's degree in childhood education and a master's degree in literacy education with endorsements in early childhood and reading.
A member of the International Reading Association, Che-Mai is especially interested in the connections between reading and writing. In her free time, she enjoys the company of the men in her life: one husband, two sons, and two male cats.
